People and policies
It is an unique construction when you think about it: In order to get the work done, we have build organizations that connect different individuals with one another for one important goal: to succeed in the mission of that organization. Organization together with individuality do not work together that easy. For most of the businesses and organizations the biggest question is how to succeed in the mission, as well as having satisfied employers that are giving the organization their best shot, as well as taking responsibility for society as a whole, for instance concerning gender equality, sustainability and diversity. Do you want help with developing shared policies, corporate social responsibility, organizational changes or ethical questions, I will gladly be of assistance.
Free space and integrity
Because I am not part of any of the divisions of an organization, this means that I can freely move through all the different layers of which an organization is build. When you are free of any interest, you can really listen what is going on, analyze this and make connections between the different interests in order for an organization to thrive and grow.
A strong emphasis lies on integrity. When the squirrel in the Nordic myths from the books: The Edda, moved his way from the roots of the tree of life (The Yggdrasil) to its crown it changed the messages on its way, hereby stimulating conflicts to grow. Moving in a free space means that you need to be integer and empathetic.
Listening to stories
In the listening to stories of the different divisions, strengths and weaknesses come to the light. Knowledge that was hidden, desires that are not outspoken. These stories are the capital of every organization, in knowing where possibility lies for growth, mending and changing. And just towards better results.
To achieve this goal I have a strong repetoire with communication methods that will always made custom.

Believe it or not, but it is when people are listened to, and are having a great sense of meaning in their jobs, that your organization will having the best results. We all want to have creative people that are enjoying working for us.
